Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to send every AI draft?

No — drafts wait for your approval by default. You review, edit, and decide what sends. Auto-send is an opt-in feature available on Growth and Executive plans.

What counts as an "AI reply"?

Each time Lucilease generates a draft reply for a new lead inquiry. Editing and re-generating a draft counts as one use. Sent confirmations and availability suggestions are not counted.

What happens if I hit my weekly limit?

New leads still appear in your inbox — you just draft those manually until the next week resets. We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit so you can upgrade before it impacts your workflow.

Do I need to be technical to use Lucilease?

Not at all. We handle the setup, connect your Gmail and Google Calendar, configure your profile, and walk you through everything on an onboarding call. You just use the dashboard.

Is my Gmail data private?

Yes. Lucilease only reads emails in your inbox to detect leads. We never store your full email history, share your data, or use it to train AI models. Your credentials stay on your dedicated server.
